This is a really cool combination of our 4Way up/down valve and our remote control with the plug and play harness that connects the 2.
This takes away all the hard work for automating air bags – all you need is a compressor and this will control up and down for 2 x bags.
The Valve body is made up of 4 x 12v electric valves. 1 for up and 1 for down and that’s for each air bag. The harness plugs into the valve block and plugs into the receiver for the remote control. There’s a second plug you leave spare in case later you want to add our button and gauge facia.
Because it’s remote control there is no need to work out how this will look drilled intop your dash.
Control your air bags from the tow hitch at the back of your car, from your bed in the roof top tent or in the case of air bags on caravans you can stand in the shower and make sure water flows toward the drain.
You get 2 x senders (bit like garage door remotes). You really only need 1 but we supply a second just in case you lose one. And if you are a complete clutz and lose both we can supply more later on.
It has a receiver with antenna that wires up to your electronic valves for air bags.
When it comes to fitting air suspension up/down controls in a vehicle the most time spent is working out where and how to fit buttons etc to the interior of the car. We totally recommend just running a remote control kit instead. Leave the remote in the center console and there is totally no need to hack into the dash. As far as fitting time goes the cost of this is less than 2 hours of fitting time and potentially a day of work can be saved. In other words it saves you money to buy this.
These can work even out to 100m away if they have clear line of vision.
