Y62 Patrol – 1 x Outer CV Boot – Front or Rear, Left or Right

This is 1 x CV boot.

In our drop down menu here you choose if you want front or rear, inner or outer. Note left and right sides are same.

These are a maintenance item and they are more prone to split if the vehicle has a suspension lift and the driveline angles are more extreme. If you run a 2″ lift in a Y62 it is a common occurence that CV boots need replacing. When a CV boot is split it appears to leak grease out. By not replacing the boot you risk water and dirt getting into the CV and that will eventually cause the CV joint to fail.

They come with stainless steel clamps and CV greese.

After market boots have gained the reputation of lasting longer than genuine Nissan.

The Inner Front Boots are Genuine Nissan whereas all the outers and the inner rears are after market.

We can post these for DIY or they can be purchased and fitted at any of our Authorised Dealers.
